You will be guided into a relaxed state to get clarity, decipher what is going on emotionally, address the issues with care, visualize the outcome you want and design realistic steps to successfully complete the project.
Past Life Regressions
You’ve met someone who is so familiar but whom you couldn’t possibly have met before, or you’ve had the sense of great familiarity with a place you’ve never been to. An easy, safe past-life regression session can give you insight into your present life. Whether you discover a real life you’ve lived before or your unconscious gives you a message that can be helpful to you (much like a dream), a regression can provide understanding—and be fun!

Have you often had a strong sense of what you should do but second-guessed it, only to discover that your initial impulse was right? We often question ourselves because we don’t trust our judgment, we were made to feel others knew best. Yet, your own inner voices may be your best guide. We need to practice listening to your inner voice, just as we need to do exercises to become physically stronger. When you honor your inner guidance, you gain confidence. Life flows better.

Have everything you ever wanted, yet lack a sense of meaning in your life? You may have tried different techniques to help but still are searching to know your purpose. Learn to relax and allow your inner guidance to help you. You can easily learn simple practices that can provide a sense of meaning, while opening you to further possibilities. You move at your own pace.
Illness or Injury?
Often traditional methods of coping with illness or injury provides too narrow a scope for effective healing. We can work together with proven techniques to help you incorporate easy to manage exercises into your life so that you will gain a larger perspective for healing and a deeper understanding of how to move forward.
Grief
Each of us experience grief in our own way; yet often we have internalized ideas from others about how “it should be”. With my techniques, you will learn to care for yourself and give yourself permission to grieve at you own pace and in your own way. You will discover how to comfort yourself and find meaning in the midst of emotional upheaval.
